Welcome to YouSummy! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the YouSummy app, available on iOS devices. By accessing or using YouSummy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree to use YouSummy only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within YouSummy.
Using automated systems or bots to access or use the YouSummy API or services is strictly prohibited. You must use the app through the interfaces provided by us and refrain from using or attempting to use any third-party tools to access the app or services in any way.
YouSummy is not intended for and is not designed to attract children under the age of 13. By using YouSummy, you confirm that you are over the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
Yousummy offers subscriptions and in-app purchases. The terms of the subscription and in-app purchases will be provided at the time of purchase. All transactions are handled through the App Store and governed by Apple's terms and conditions.
All purchases made through the App Store, including subscriptions and in-app purchases, are final. We are unable to issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID. For refund inquiries, please contact Apple Support directly.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms. Your continued use of YouSummy after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
